His portfolio also includes the highest residential lot sale in the state, a waterfront parcel that sold for over $5.1 million. Additionally, Nick facilitated the record-breaking sale of Longhorn Creek Ranch, a 1,200-acre equestrian estate, marking the highest farm and ranch sale on record in North Carolina.

In 2014, Landmark became the exclusive affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty on North Carolina’s coast. Today, the company headquartered in Wilmington, has expanded to six offices, spanning the North Carolina coast from the Outer Banks to Sunset Beach, aligning with Sotheby’s renowned global reach and luxury expertise.
Licensed in both North Carolina and Florida, Nick resides in Landfall, where his family is active in golf, tennis and club activities.
