His portfolio also includes the highest residential lot sale in the state, a waterfront parcel that sold for over $5.1 million. Additionally, Nick facilitated the record-breaking sale of Longhorn Creek Ranch, a 1,200-acre equestrian estate, marking the highest farm and ranch sale on record in North Carolina.

Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, Nick began his real estate career developing residential properties in the mountains of eastern Tennessee and along the North Carolina coast. In 2008, he founded Landmark Real Estate Group, with the vision of building a brokerage specializing in waterfront and lifestyle properties. In 2014, Landmark became the exclusive affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty on North Carolina’s coast. Today, the company headquartered in Wilmington, has expanded to six offices, spanning the North Carolina coast from the Outer Banks to Sunset Beach, aligning with Sotheby’s renowned global reach and luxury expertise.
