About Nikki Jones

For almost a decade, Nikki Jones has been a steady presence in the Nick Phillips Group. As Director of Operations, Nikki brings a quiet confidence and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She doesn’t just oversee the logistics; she acts as a thoughtful advocate for clients, ensuring their journey is handled with refined precision and a personal touch.

Nikki’s signature "can-do" spirit was shaped by twenty-eight years of marriage to her husband, Greg, and nearly three decades as a United States Marine Corps family. This legacy of service and resilience is a cornerstone of her life. Today, she is the proud mother of two sons who serve as police officers, a daughter-in-law who is a dedicated first-grade teacher, and a youngest son who is currently finishing his final year of high school as he prepares to begin his own college journey. 

Having raised a family of athletes, Nikki has always found her greatest joy in being "The Biggest Fan".  Whether she was cheering from the sidelines during their sports careers or supporting their professional aspirations today, she brings that same encouraging, "all-in" energy to everything she does.
